We listen
A 20-minute call, on WhatsApp or by phone. You describe the work that keeps repeating and the tools it is done in. We ask where it gets stuck, who touches it, and what happens when it goes wrong.

We check what's really worth doing
We look at your tools from the inside, make sure they can be connected, and look for the short path. Sometimes the solution is far smaller than it seems, and sometimes it isn't worth touching. We'll say that too.

- View access to the tools (or a screenshot), and who on the team will use it.
- What you get
- A one-page document: what gets built, what stays out at this stage, how long, and how much. A fixed price, not an hourly rate.
- 03
We build and connect
We set up the connection and test it on real cases from the business, alongside the old way. Whatever comes up on the ground is fixed before the old way is switched off. You see progress along the way, not a surprise at the end.

- A few minutes every day or two to try it and say what isn't comfortable.
- What you get
- A connection that works on your real work, not on a demo.

We keep supporting
A short walkthrough for whoever works with it on day one, in the team's own language. Then an open line on WhatsApp: a supplier is added, a process changes, an employee joins. The connection evolves together with the business.

- Someone who knows the business and the connection, and is available when needed.
